#NotSorry
A woman's threshold for what she deems offensive is much lower than a man’s.
As a result, we find ourselves constantly, and often unnecessarily, apologizing. Launched on March 8th (International Women’s Day) and carried on throughout the month, the women of NHS challenged ladies everywhere to kick their sorry habit – with the help of the Sorry Jar.
STEP ONE: RECOGNIZE THE HABIT

STEP TWO: BREAK THE HABIT

A month-long Instagram takeover started with empowering women to kick their sorry habits by downloading a Sorry Jar label at notsorry.com and tossing in a coin for every time they unnecessarily apologized. The campaign continued with suggestions for how to rephrase unnecessary apologies, as well as inspiring examples of how today’s female leaders are #NOTSORRY.
